The holiday home is located in a residential area in Dubraca only a 10 minute walk from the sea. 

It´s the perfect holiday home for a big family or groups of friends, who travel together as the 160 sqm house offers space for up to 8 persons. The garden and balcony invites you to linger and sunbathe and enjoy the sun. If you like to stay right by the sea or go swimming, you can reach the beach of Dubrava  in just 800 m by foot. 

The stylishly furnished house consists of a large living room with sofa bed and dining area  and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom, separate toilet and washing machine  on the ground floor.

A narrow wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms and an additional living room with balcony.  The  bedrooms are  furnished with a large double bed  and big  wardrobe .The big  bathroom has a shower, toilet and  2 sinks and a big mirror. The highlight is the big garden  and the  covered seating area  in front of the house.  The garden can be reached from 2 sides and has 2 entrances with 3 private parking lots inside of the property.

The town center of  Dubrava with shops and restaurants as well as the beach are only approx. 800 m from the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. On the small street on the beach and in the town's main street there are a variety of restaurants, small souvenir shops, supermarkets and bakeries, a pharmacy, a launderette and an ATM. The harbor town of Bar is about 10 minutes away by car and has a beautiful promenade to take a stroll. The winding streets with stone houses and the large area with the old ruins of the former fortress of Stari Bar can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to go swimming on the sandy beach, you can reach the 13 km long sandy beach of Ulcinj in about 20 minutes by car. Also worthwhile is a trip along the panoramic road to Virpazar and from there a boat trip on Lake Skadar.
