The holiday apartment is located in Dubrava, a small holiday village on the coast of Montenegro within walking distance to the beach. The apartment, which is located in a quiet residential area, offers a perfect oasis of calm for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the area thanks to the nearby coastal road.

The holiday apartments are located in a house with 5 separate residential units with a garden and  roof top terasse. Each holiday apartment has its own apartment entrance and the garden and teraces are shared with the guests of the other units.There are serveral sun loungers available on the terace  and each apartment is equipped with seating on the own balcony. The highlights are the mountain and sea views from the upper units and roof top terace and the small garden as well as the immediate proximity to the sea.

The town center of  Dubrava with shops and restaurants as well as the beach are only approx. 850 m from the holiday apartment and can be easily reached on foot. On the small street on the beach and in the town's main street there are a variety of restaurants, small souvenir shops, supermarkets and bakeries, a pharmacy, a launderette and an ATM. The harbor town of Bar is about 10 minutes away by car and has a beautiful promenade to take a stroll. The winding streets with stone houses and the large area with the old ruins of the former fortress of Stari Bar can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to go swimming on the sandy beach, you can reach the 13 km long sandy beach of Ulcinj in about 20 minutes by car. Also worthwhile is a trip along the panoramic road to Virpazar and from there a boat trip on Lake Skadar.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor of the apartment house consists of a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large sofa. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and hairdryer. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and has free WiFi, air conditioning, TV and a safe. The holiday apartment has its own entrance and its own terrace with a covered seating area. The apartment is perfect for families with small children as the apartment is accessible at ground level and the fenced garden directly adjoins the covered terrace and offers a safe place to play. The covered terrace of Apartment 1 is connected to the covered seating area of Apartment 2 via a sliding door and offers the option of sharing both residential units if necessary.  
 

The holiday apartment on the 2nd floor of the apartment house consists of a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large sofa. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and hairdryer. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5 people and has free WiFi, air conditioning, TV and a safe. The highlight of this apartment is the direct sea view from the covered balcony. The directly adjacent apartments 5 and 6 are connected via a sliding door in the covered seating area and can be used together if required.
