This luxury apartment is located slighthly above in Dobra Voda on the old pass road to Albania in a quiet area just 15 minutes by car from to the sea & town center. The 1 bedroom apartment offers space for 2 person, fullequiped kitchen, living area and bathroom and a huge balcony with seaview. The garden with barbecue area and swimming pool is for common use.  The separate bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and has direct access to the balcony . There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet and a washing machine and an additional separate toilet. The highlight are the large windows in the bedroom and living area as well as the large balcony with a direct sea view.

The large balcony invites you to linger and sunbathe and is equipped with seating and cozy outdoor hanging chair. You also can enjoy the nature and quiet surrounding in the hills of Dobra Voda and go for a walk or make an excursion along the old pass road to Skadar Lake or to Albania. The center of the small holiday village of Dubrava and the next beach can be reached in around 5 minutes  by car. On the small street along the beach and in the main street of the village there are a variety of restaurants, small souvenir shops, supermarkets and bakeries, a pharmacy, a launderette and an ATM.

 
A small shop is also located only 2 minutes by foot from the apartment and in the building next to the apartment there you can find a good restaurant, which offers drinks and meals all day long. In the evening you also can enjoy sport events on tv or play some billiard there.
