The holiday apartment house is located in Ratac, a quiet neighbour hood of Sutomore with great view above the coastline of Sutomore and with seaview . The apartments offers a perfect oasis of calm for a relaxing holiday as couple or friends and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the area thanks to the nearby coastal road.

The holiday apartments are located in a house with 2 separate residential units and  each of them has its own apartment entrance. The balcon is for common use and is equipped with seating. The highlights is the great view from the  whole property and the nice property with small garden.

 You also can reach 2 beaches by foot: A small, nice bay behind the pine forest or the bigger beach in the center of Sutomore. The center of Sutomore with small shops, restaurants and bars can be reached in about 20 Minutes by foot and town center of the harbour town Bar with supermarkets, bank and restaurants as well as the beach are only about 10 minute by car from the holiday apartment and offers a beautiful promenade to take a stroll. The coastal road is not far away from the apartment and offers easy access to different excursion destinations. You can look for a nice beach bay to take a break on the sea or the winding streets with stone houses and the large area with the old ruins of the former fortress of Stari Bar can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to go swimming on the sandy beach, you can reach the 13 km long sandy beach of Ulcinj in about 35 minutes by car. Also worthwhile is a trip along the panoramic road to Virpazar and from there a boat trip on Lake Skadar.

This approximately 35 m² apartment was completly renovated 2024 and offers one double bed, a coach and fully equipped kitchen as well as a nice bathroom with washing machine. It is very spacious and equipped to a high standard, also offers a common balcony with seating and parking spaces. The highlight is the viewn from the property especially in the evening with breathtaking sunsets. 

If you are travelling together with family or friends you can additionally book the second apartment Bar next to this aparment and enjoy a great time with your loved ones.

The apartment is similar to the Sutomore Apartment, but has about  41 m² and is a little bit bigger. It  offers one bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with washing machine. The living area is equppied with a nice sofa and armchair and a fully equppied kitchenette  and Sitting area with dinning tabel. The apartment is  equipped with all nessary items and high-quality furnishings, You can share the balcon with seating with the other guest and if needed there is enough parking space for your car on the property. The highlight is the great view over the coastline of Sutomore and the sea - especially in the evening with breathtaking sunsets.  If you travelling with 3 person the apartment owner provide an additional guest bed as well as a baby bed on request.
