The holiday apartment house is located in Zaljevo, a quiet neighbour hood of Bar with great view above the city center of bar and with seaview . The apartments offers a perfect oasis of calm for a relaxing holiday as couple or friends and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the area thanks to the nearby coastal road.

The holiday apartments are located in a house with 3 separate residential units and  each of them has its own apartment entrance. The garden is for common use and is equipped with seating on the common terrace. The highlights are the mountain and sea views from the  whole property and the silence in the pure nature sourrounding.

Please note that the outdoor area is not yet completely finished and therefore access to the accommodation is via a 500 m long gravel road (a raised car is recommended), but the price for this accommodation is sensational. 

The town center of the harbour town Bar with shops and restaurants as well as the beach are only about 10 minute by car from the holiday apartment and offers a beautiful promenade to take a stroll. The coastal road is not far away from the apartment and offers easy access to different excursion destinations. You can look for a nice beach bay to take a break on the sea or the winding streets with stone houses and the large area with the old ruins of the former fortress of Stari Bar can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer to go swimming on the sandy beach, you can reach the 13 km long sandy beach of Ulcinj in about 35 minutes by car. Also worthwhile is a trip along the panoramic road to Virpazar and from there a boat trip on Lake Skadar.

This approximately 45 sqm studio was newly built in 2024 and offers a large double bed, a beautiful large coach and fully equipped kitchen as well as a large bathroom with washing machine. It is very spacious and equipped to a high standard, also offers a common small outdoorarea with seating and parking spaces. The highlight is the view over the city bar and the sea - especially in the evening with breathtaking sunsets.

This studio is equal to all others , only a little bit smaller with approximately 40 square meter and was designed in blue. It also offers a large double bed, a nice big couch and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is  equipped with all nessary items and high-quality furnishings, You can share the  small outdoor seating area with seating with the other guest and if needed there is enough parking space for your car on the property. The highlight is the view over the city of Bar and the sea - especially in the evening with breathtaking sunsets.  
 

The apartment is brand new and equipped to a high standard and offer an oasis of relaxation with absolute peace and quiet, a great view of the city and the sea, surrounded by wild nature. It is about 45 sqm large  and offers a bedromm, living area with sofa and a full equipped kitchen with nice seating area. Due to the large windows all studios are bright and friendly and you can relax on the sofa while reading or enjoy the view. Of Course this studio has the great view over the city of Bar and the sea - especially in the evening with breathtaking sunsets as well.
